COMPREHENSIVE NOTICE OF PRIVACY FOR CLIENTS
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, the “Law”) and its Regulations, this Notice of Privacy is issued under the following terms:
1.- CONTROLLER
Travel CRR, S.A. de C.V (commercially referred to as “Inspira Elite Vacations”) is a legal entity duly incorporated under the laws of the Mexican Republic, with address at: Av. Bonampak, Supermanzana 10, Manzana 2, Lote 7, Torre “A”, first floor, local 5-A, Cancun Quintana Roo México, Zip Code 77505.
Inspira Elite Vacations is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, which will be processed based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility under the terms of the Law.
2.- PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED AND SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
For the purposes indicated in this Notice of Privacy, your data will be collected from the following sources: provided directly by you in person, via telephone, or through email, as well as through our web page: https://www.inspiravacaciones.com/
The personal data we collect are as follows:
- Identification and Contact Data. Full name, age, gender, address, marital status, telephones, place and date of birth, occupation, company where you work, nationality, social security number, Population Registration ID (CURP) or its equivalent for foreign nationals, email, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) or its equivalent for foreign nationals, handwritten signature, official identification, names of family members, and any other document that is essential for identifying you.
- Identification and contact data of third parties with whom you have a relationship. Name, telephone, email, relation to you, and any other data that is necessary to identify the individuals appointed as beneficiaries or to be contacted in case of emergency.
- Financial and Asset-Related Data. Data necessary to carry out the services provided, such as the amount of monthly or annual income you receive, banking institution and branch, bank account numbers, and credit or debit card data.
Inspira Elite Vacations will also request and process data considered sensitive under the Law.
- Sensitive Data: Health Condition. These data will be processed to fulfill the purposes identified in this Privacy Notice and to provide services offered by Inspira Elite Vacations that may require measures to ensure the well-being or health of our members.
- Images for video surveillance purposes. Inspira Elite Vacations prioritizes security on its premises. Video surveillance systems collect images to ensure the safety of clients, employees and visitors.
3.- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA
We use the personal data collected from you for the following purposes:
- Register you in our database as a customer.
- Fulfill administrative purposes related to contractual obligations.
- Provide better service quality.
- Manage charges and collections via bank cards.
- Follow up and respond to customer requirements.
- Process customer requests and manage the relationship with Inspira Elite Vacations.
- Verify your identity when registering or making a payment through our website.
- Notify you of changes in our services.
- Billing and collection of services provided.

Inspira Elite Vacations will retain information in its database for the period permitted by applicable law.
6.- CONSENT FOR THE TRANSFER OF DATA
The transfers mentioned above do not require your consent according to Article 37 of the Law.
You may contact Inspira Elite Vacations through the Personal Data Department to withdraw consent for future transfers.

We inform you that we do not collect personal data through cookies or web beacons.
- Browser and operating system.
- Web pages visited.
- Links followed.
- IP address.
- The site visited before entering ours.
8.- ARCO RIGHTS (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition)
You have the right to request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition regarding your personal data.
Access. The right to know which data we have and how they are used.
Rectification. The right to correct incorrect data.
Cancellation. The right to request deletion of your data.

12.- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Inspira Elite Vacations may modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
13.- COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES
If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
